Product description
The cold gas control mechanism of liquid nitrogen tunnel freezers
for foods is especially suitable for handling large quantities of
food. The conveyor belt moves the product along the tunnel.
Controlled injection of low temperature liquefied gas can evaporate
instantly and reduce the temperature in the tunnel. In the tunnel
freezer, the resulting cold gas is rotated around the product
surface by a circulating fan. The gas is pumped out after cooling.
The temperature dropped rapidly to well below zero. Even the
slightest moisture is enough to saturate the atmosphere. These
products do not lose moisture and retain their weight.
