Lenzing Tencel is our commonly used raw material for textile dyeing
of Tencel. It is highly praised for it's fine fiber, uniform
thickness and good spinnability. Lenzing Tencel dyed cloth has
uniform yarn, high strength and bright color, which can ensure that
the physical effect of post-processing and finishing is not
impaired. Especially after sand washing or double sand washing, the
cloth surface will have a velvety mousse cream feeling.Unlike
ordinary staple fiber fabrics, which are very fragile after sand
washing or sanding, it won't reduce the use function.
Lanjing Tian silk and ordinary silk is different, mainly reflected
in the raw materials,spinning principles, different fiber
characteristics, etc. , as follows:
1.Different raw materials
Lanjing tian silk is made of conifer trees and contains higher wood
fibers;
2.The principle of spinning is different
Lanjing Tian silk using a more environmentally friendly solvent
method, the conifer tree wood pulp and oxidizing amines solvent
proportional mixing, heating to a complete dissolution, the process
did not produce any chemical reactions and derivatives, and
finally, the removal of hybrid silk, the whole process is more
environmentally friendly, will not pollute the environment.
Ordinary silk is the use of viscose wet production, in the whole
