Pretreatment process of Tencel home textile fabric:

Tencel fabric itself contains very little slurry, and the cold pile process has little damage to its strength, and most factories use it; refining agent is still added during cold pile, which is necessary to improve whiteness and impurities.
Alkali treatment after cold pile washing is a key link. The process requirements: Because caustic soda has a strong puffing effect on Tencel fiber, the pretreatment must be carried out in the open width state, otherwise it is easy to form wrinkles. After the caustic soda treatment of the fabric, the cellulose has been fully expanded and contracted, the flexibility is improved, and the stiffness is reduced. Therefore, in the subsequent dyeing and finishing process, the incidence of creases, wrinkles and scratches is reduced.

Process conditions: temperature: room temperature, alkali treatment time: 20min
Process flow: alkali treatment→water washing→HAC neutralization→water washing.
