Product Introduction
With the acceleration of social and economic development and
urbanization, the amount of sewage sludge in urban areas is
increasing. Like domestic garbage, if it cannot be disposed of
safely, it will seriously affect the living environment. The
effective means of sewage treatment is to press and dewater the
sewage and then dry the sludge. The volume of the dried sludge can
be reduced by 4 to 5 times. The product is odorless and free of
pathogens. It can be used as fertilizer, soil improver and
substitute energy, etc.
Because the agitating blade is shaped like a paddle, it is called a
paddle dryer. The product can indirectly heat or cool the paste,
granular, powder, and slurry materials, and can complete unit
operations such as drying, cooling, heating, sterilization,
reaction, and low-temperature combustion. The special wedge-type
stirring heat transfer blades in the equipment have high heat
transfer efficiency and self-cleaning function of the heat transfer
surface.
Working Principle
steam or thermal oil injected in the rotary shafts and the hollow
blades.Wet sludge is fed into the paddle dryer machine by the screw
feeder or sludge pump, and then is heated indirectly by the heat
medium.New surface area is released continuously while the shafts
rotate so that hot soda ash gets cooled in a high thermal
efficiency.
Dry product is discharged through the discharge valve, while the dusty air is cleaned in the
cyclone dust collector.
