Compared with weft knitted fabrics, warp knitted fabrics generally
have less extensibility. Most weft knitted fabrics have significant
transverse elongation. The extensibility of warp knitted fabric is
related to the number of comb bars and structure. Some warp knitted
fabrics have lateral and longitudinal extensibility, but some
fabrics have good dimensional stability. Warp knitted fabrics can
use different structures to reduce the coil separation defects
caused by yarn breakage and holes like weft knitted fabrics. In
addition, warp knitted fabrics can use yarns of different
thicknesses for different weft lining weaving, form different forms
of mesh organization and simple pattern transformation, so almost
all fabric organizations can be woven.
Warp knitted fabric has certain elongation and stretch. Warp
knitted fabric can use high-strength fiber yarn, yarn with balanced
structure, high machine number and fine high-strength yarn. In
addition, the strength of the fabric will be affected by the use of
strands combined with different fiber yarns and the change of coil
spacing.
1. Polyester is the best heat-resistant fabric in synthetic
fabrics. It has thermoplastic and can be made into pleated skirts
with long pleating.
2. Polyester fabric has good chemical resistance. Acid and alkali
have little damage to it. At the same time, they are not afraid of
mold and moth.
3. The fabric made of ordinary polyester filament has the
advantages of good strength, smooth and crisp, easy washing and
fast drying, but it has some disadvantages, such as hard hand feel,
poor touch, soft luster, poor air permeability and moisture
absorption. If compared with silk fabrics, the gap is too large, so
we must first imitate silk in the silk thread structure in order to
eliminate the disadvantage of poor wearing performance.
