2W040-10 Normal Closed (N/C) Solenoid Valve Is Constructed With
Brass Body Which is high reliability, long service life and low
cost.;standard seal material defaults to Nitrile rubber,suitable
for a variety of working media.

Suitable for use with water, gas, air, very low viscosity fluids

This 220V AC brass electric solenoid valve easily replaces broken
valves for use. This unit fits a 3/8" thread.

Installation Direct-acting Solenoid Valve:
1.Before using the solenoid valve for water, pay attention to the
product label and read the instruction manual carefully to judge
whether the product meets the conditions of use.
2.In order to avoid orifice obstruction, it is recommended to
install a pre-filter.
3.There is an arrow indicating the direction of flow on the
stainless valve body. Coil up is the preferred mounting direction
but if necessary it can be installed in any position.
4.Stainless steel is present as the internal components and Viton
as the seal material.
5.This Solenoid Valve is unidirectional .The installation should
follow the instructions of “→”.
6.The Body Material is Brass. The Seal Material is NBR,EPDM or
VITON.
7. When the solenoid valve is faulty, in order to isolate the
solenoid valve in time and ensure the normal operation of the
system, it is better to install a bypass device.
According to the fluid parameters choose solenoid valve
1.corrosive fluid: should choose corrosion-resistant solenoid valve
and all stainless steel; edible ultra-clean fluid: food grade
stainless steel solenoid valve should be used.
2.high temperature fluid: to choose the use of high temperature
resistant electrical materials and sealing materials made of
solenoid valves, and to choose the type of piston structure.
3.the fluid state: large to have a gaseous state, liquid or mixed
state, especially when the caliber is larger than DN25 when
ordering must be distinguished.
4.fluid viscosity: usually below 20cSt can be arbitrarily selected,
if the viscosity is high, you should use high viscosity solenoid
valve.
