With a dielectric constant held to ±0.05 of 2.5 across a -55°C to 125°C operating range, circuits exhibit consistent impedance and resonance behavior. This prevents drift and reflections that plague less thermally stable boards.

With a dual z-axis CTE of 47/29/196 ppm/°C, warping concerns vanish. Rigid, honeycomb-textured reinforcement endures shocks and vibrations that fracture ordinary FR-4 or TEFLON®-based laminates.

With a loss tangent below 0.0013 from DC up to 26.5GHz, even the most congested multilayer designs transmit signals cleanly. Lower insertion loss enables higher output power or extended range.
