Tension Control Bolts and the innovative Shear Wrench system are
the lowest cost method for installing preloaded or High Strength
Friction Grip bolts.
QBH TC bolts as they are commonly known throughout the world, are
replacing conventional high strength friction grip bolts and swaged
collar rivets simply because they are quick and easy to install
using lightweight electric shear wrenches. Guaranteed tension together with visual inspection removes the
likelihood of operator error and ensures engineers that connections
are tightened in accordance with specifications.
Our System HRC structural bolting assemblies are used in a wide
range of applications, from bridge splice plates to beam-to-column
connections, from stadia roof trusses to rail switches and
crossings. The combination of a TC bolts superior tensile strength and
phenomenal ductility result in a truly universal bolt that can be
employed in almost all steelwork connections.
TC BOLTS are now the most popular choice in high-strength structural
bolting and formally recognized by the AISC (American Institute of
Steel Construction) and the RCSC (Research Council on Structural
Connections) as an approved installation method.
A Tension Control Bolts consists of 1 bolt, 1 nut and 1 washer,
pre-assembled and there for they are shown, 1 lot number, on the
certification paperwork. Tension Control Bolts assemblies come with
their own built in tension control device (spline) to ensure
dependable and repeatable tension levels are achieved with each
installation. They are installed with a specialized electric shear
wrench that has an outer socket that turns the nut
counterclockwise, while grabbing the spline with the inner socket
turning it clockwise. When the proper tension level has been
achieved the spline snaps off giving you a visual indication of
proper installation.
TC bolts use a proprietary lubrication on the nut, to control the
clamping force of the bolt and ensure the appropriate tension level
is achieved. Because of this proprietary lubrication, it is NOT permissible to re-lubricated TC bolts, in the field, only the
manufacture of a TC bolt can re-lubricate a TC assembly.

quality control(OQC),and the random samples is sent to TUV for
testing.If the customer received the goods and found quality

4. Could you provide free samples?
For new customer, We can provide free samples for standard
fastener, But the clients will pay the express
charges. For old customer, We will send you free samples and pay
express charges by ourself.
5. Do you accept small order?
QBH company can accept small orders if we have them in
stock.Generally speaking,the stock probability of stainless steel
fasteners is higher than that of carbon steel fasteners.
6. How about your delivery time
What we pursure is the high efficiency movement pattern,the
stainless steel fastener delivery time about 15days,the carbon
steel fastener will it about 30days
7. What is your packing.
Usually 25KG/carbon,36CTNS on the pallets,or 20-30kg/Bags,then on
the pallet,QBH company personalized packagingis also available,like
10PCS/plastic bag or 10pcs/box,it can print some information
such as LOGO and pattern of customers.
8. What is your payment term
Normally,our terms of payment are TT and L/C,if we cooperate for a
long time,we can reach the point of mutual trust,and fully support
our customers to become bigger and stronger in the local market.
