Application Scope:

The Horizontal hydraulic press is applicable for dismantling and assembly of sub-assemblies of gear units, drums, wheels, dismantling of hydraulic couplings, brake drums and motor bearings etc. It’s also applicable for the mounting and dismounting of the mining rolling stock shaft and wheels. The press is widely used in the maintenance workshop of the mining companies.

Structure and Features:

• The horizontal hydraulic press is mainly composed of machine frame, ram cylinder, caliper mechanism, support trolley, hydraulic system, electrical control system and tooling.
• The machine frame consists of chassis, cylinder column, movable column, rear column and support rods. The Cylinder column and movable column are combined together via two support rods to form a force frame. The rear column is only to support these two support rods.
• The cylinder column, movable column and rear column are all welded by cast steel and steel plate, and the chassis is welded by steel plate and section steel. All are carried out annealing treatment.
• The movable column is driven by the reducer motor to move on the chassis.
• The Caliper mechanism is installed on movable column and can be opened and closed manually. When it’s opened, the movable column can be moved along the support rods. When it’s closed, the movable column will be locked at the position and form a whole with the support rods.
• The 2 support trolleys are used to hold the workpiece. It can be placed at the front or rear of the movable column by crane according to the actual operation requirements. When the workpiece is pushed by the ram, the trolley will follow move due to friction force. No power itself. The support height can be manually trimmed.
• The press is controled through the button control station.
• The press is provided with pressing tooling for different types of workpiece.
