REMARK
The unexposed image should be stored in a clean, dust-free,
hydrogen free, hydrogen sulfide free and radiation-free place. Heat
and humidity have an adverse effect on film. It is recommended to
store it in a temperature below 21 ° c and humidity below 65%RH.
Ideal storage humidity for opened film is 30%RH-50%RH
The film packages should be placed on edge to avoid pressure
marking the film.
The film stored in the low temperature should be taken out in
advance when using, and stored at room temperature for more than 4
hours before opening the packaging for use, so as to avoid damage
to the surface of the film condensation.
The photographic properties of the film will change with the
preservation time and should be used within the guarantee period.
Exposed film should be processed as soon as possible.
The film should be handled carefully to avoid physical damage from
extrusion, folding, twisting and friction. Care should also be
taken not to touch the film with wet hands before and after
processing.

film for industrial non-destructive inspect ion photographing.
FEATURES AND USAGES
D7 industrial film adopts blue polyester film as its supporting
body, coated with photosensitive emulsion film on both sides. It is
a kind of film with fast ray photosensitive speed, micro particles
and high contrast. Its fine silver halide crystal particles, good
distribution state, specially processed photosensitive coating and
reasonable coating structure enable it to have the ability of
distinguishing defects with high quality. It is widely used in
nondestructive X-ray detection of components, profiles, parts or
welds made of ferrous metals, nonferrous metals and their alloys or
other materials with smaller decay coefficients.
SAFE ILLUMINATION
This product can be used as a safety light for developing,
processing or inspection with lz-2 or No.2 dark red safety light
with transparency greater than 630nm. The 15-watt bulb should be at
least 1.2 meters away from the film.
PROCESSING
Industrial x-ray Film D7 type industrial amine sheet washing
process can be manual washing at room temperature, also can be high
temperature machine. The process conditions of manual flushing at
room temperature are as follows:

Storage and shelf life
This film should be stored in a low temperature dry place, the best
storage conditions are temperature 10℃ ~ 23℃, relative humidity 30%
~ 65%. Should be strictly avoided in high temperature, high

the same room with processing liquid medicine, and should be used
within the validity period, product shelf life of 30 months.
Matters needing attention
1. The film stored at low temperature should be taken out 2 hours
in advance before use, and placed at room temperature for more than
2 hours to ensure the temperature of the film and the use
environment
The temperature balance is consistent, and then open the film
packaging, in order to avoid the formation of water vapor on the
surface of the film caused by the adhesion between the films and
affect the film picture effect,

2. The film should be unsealed, loaded and rinsed under the safety
lamp. The film should not be exposed for too long under the safety
lamp
Contaminated film, film should be handled with care to avoid
friction. After unsealing, the film should be used up as soon as
