M8 Threaded S-beam Tension And Compression Load cell Force Sensor FS6A/FS6B is strain gauge based intended for tension and compression force measurement.S beam load cell FS6A/FS6B offers 0-5kg / 0-10kg / 0-20kg / 0-30kg / 0-50kg / 0-100kg / 0-200kg / 0-300kg eight rated measuring ranges to choose from. M8/M12 metric threaded holes located on both ends can be used to mount attachments such as eye bolts and hooks for adapt to different cases. S type load cell FS6A/FS6B offers an accurate and affordable measuring solution for applications such as material testing machines, hanging scales, hopper weighing, automation equipment and so on.

Specifications

Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: FS6A-50kg with 2.0mV/V rated output powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is -6.6mV...+6.6mV.
Example two: FS6A-30kg with 2.0mV/V rated output powered by 10V DC,the output range is -20mV...+20mV.

Load cell + Signal amplifier:
Load cell normally outputs -30mV...+30mV which sometimes cannot be recognized by signal processing units directly,so signal conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: FS6A-20kg working with -5-5V amplifier,the load-output relationship will be 0~20kg compression load VS 0~5V output,0~20kg tension load VS 0~(-5V) output,the voltage output is proportional to the load value.
