Application
This product is used for automatic electrostatic powder coating
line. Three preset coating modes can be switched freely with one button.
High tech LCD can display all kinds of parameters, clear and easy
to set, a variety of memory functions can be set freely according
to the needs of manufacturers. The parameters and functions can
perfectly match the Gema system. The spare parts are standard size
and easy to find in the market.
Working principle
When the voltage is high enough, the air near the gun head will
produce strong corona discharge, forming a gas ion area. When the
coating particles atomized by the electrostatic spray gun are in
this area, the coating particles will be negatively charged. When
the coated workpiece is suspended on the grounded conveying line,
there will be a positive charge on the surface of the workpiece.
According to the electrostatic principle of opposite charge
attraction, the coating mist particles with negative charge move to
the different working surface, are absorbed and deposited on the
surface of the workpiece, forming a uniform and dense film, and the
workpiece is coated.
