and adopts polyurethane foaming material or plastic foaming as
buffer medium;the destructive effects on docks and ships will be
reduced by the compression to absorb the impact energy from ships
in the course of using polyurethane floating fender.
Xincheng Invented new foam fender manufacturing method with blind
hole hydrophobic foam as core and polyurea as outer coating, which
has following features:
The core material of foam filled fender is bind hole hydrophobic
foam with light weight and good energy absorption capability. It
wont absorb water even cracking
The polyurea protective coating has very good performance of anti
collision, anti friction, compression resistance, oil proof, water
proof and weather fastness.
The fender is made with flange and swivel for fast installation,
customer could install it very fast without any professional
guidance from experts.
Tyre net sheath: Receiving special treatment, the tyres all have
the advantages of firmness, durability and a beautiful surface,
which can extend the fender's service life. The structural form of
the sheaths can be divided into chain & tyre net, rope & tyre net,
wire & tyre net, chain & rubber hose net, etc, and all can be
produced as per client's special request.
1. Polyurea protection layer has the resistance of friction,
extrusion, oil, sea water and acid & alkali. Maintainness free, do
not need check or air inflation during use, and its lifetime can up
to 10 -15 years;
