1. This machine is mainly used to produce agricultural/water supply pipes, gas supply pipes, architectural water supply/drainage pipes, cable laying pipes etc. This PP PE pipe production line adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PP,PE material combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.

2. PP PE pipe Mould:
Spiral type die head will ensure high speed extrusion and avoid the thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics and get high quality pipes. There is heating control system inside of the mould, high efficient, easy to extrude. Bronze calibrators can make the pipes fast calibrated and cooled.

Description:

1. Special single screw extruder for polyolefin , having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization.

Using the high efficient single screws, specially designed for PP,PE granule material to ensure uniformed plasticization, high extrusion. Stable temperature controlling system can guarantee high quality pipe extrusion.

2. Adopts caterpillar type, which includes two-claw types, three-claw types, four-claw types, six-claw types, eight -claw types, ten-claw types, twelve-claw types etc, suitable for different sizes of pipes. Haul off caterpillar blocks are made of abrasion resistant rubber material, which can make a high and stable hauling speed.

3. Our PE pipe production line is mainly used in the production of water supply and drainage pipes , which used for water supply, natural gas and gas transmission, landscaping pipe network, sewage treatment and power threading. This line is characterized of reliable performance, high production efficiency and anti-noise.
