Powerful torque and hard gear surface gearbox ensure reliable
operation and low noise. The screw and barrel's surface is
specially processed for hardness with the feature of high
plasticization and fine design. It can discharge waste moisture and
waste gas effectively, therefore the product quality is more
stable, saturant and with high performance.
Features
1..Ldpe film granule is equipped with two units of extruders, which
is advantaged to moisture evaporation, and with even and smooth
regenerative plastic granules.
2.It is also equipped with automatic temperature control system,
which is suitable for HDPE. LDPE waste plastic regenerative
palletizing
3..It can make granules from pe pp flakes, film or bottles and so on
4.With rotation feeder, the pe pp flakes will get into the screw
even and continuously
