Pass Through Automatic Ultrasonic Washer For Surgical Instruments With Spraying System

Ultrasonic spray washer disinfector is a new type of automatic washer disinfector which is developed by technological cooperation.It owns the functions of ultrasonic washing and spraying. Super ultrasonic generators and transducers imported from Switzerland are used and the automatic PLC control is applied. It is mainly used in washing nosocomial surgical appliances, utensils and vessels (e.g. anaesthesia apparatus and complicated precise appliances). The sterilization can be conducted at the temperature as high as 93°C and the washing and sterilizing effect can reach the international standard. The equipment is well made with a new and unique structure and a reliable performance. It is international advanced and convenient to use.

Features:

• Imported components: Switzerland multi-frequency ultrasonic transducer and power supply. The initiated multi-frequency (40KHz/100KHz) technology makes it possible for one transducer to realize a harmonious succeeding vibration between 40KHz in washing away large particles of dirt and 100KHz in wiping off dirt in seams. It owns the advantages of powerful washing, high energy conversion, no dead-corner washing, good effect, stable performance, and long service life.
• Frequency tracking: The automatic frequency tracking technology provides an accurate frequency control and a stable frequency.
• Frequency scanning: The transducer works at the range of (40±0.32)KHz or (100±0.64)KHz and automatically modulates the frequency, avoiding the power of ultrasonic waves from vibrating at one point and meanwhile reducing the harm to the washed objects to the maximum extent.
• Power complement: It guarantees the strength of ultrasonic washing.
• Automatic checking: In case the transducer has got damaged it can be checked out and alarms will ring, which is in consideration of safety.
• Technical measuring tools: The frequency and power of the ultrasonic waves can be accurately measured to make each piece of the machine work at the set frequency and power.
