Application
Our new type Automatic Washing Disinfection machine is upgraded
washing disinfector with high efficacy and low operation cost for
modern CSSDs, clinics and laboratories.
It is suitable for surgical instruments in hospital and Health
department and it is especially an idealistic and high efficient
equipment for glassware, stainless steel instruments and conduit.
With special suction, flow-injection and ultrasonic cleaning
function are unique comparing to other washing disinfector. It
matches all washing and disinfection requirements from medical
devices.
Features
· Double door design for isolating installation between washing area
and clean area: the double door design make the equipment become the separation
barrier between the pollution washing area and clean area
· Quality frequency generator: The three-frequency(45KHz/80KHz/100KHz) generator makes it
possible for one transducer to realize a harmonious succeeding
vibration between 40KHz in washing away large particles of dirt and
100KHz in wiping off dirt in seams. It has the advantages of
powerful washing, high energy conversion, no dead-corner washing,
good effect, stable performance, and long service life.
· Automatic program running: one key touch button to start the working cycle and automatically
run to the end.
· Automatic enzyme and oil system: during the washing, the enzyme will be added automatically and the
oil will be added automatically after drying.
· Excellent drying system: after washing, the excellent hot are drying system with 0.22
sterile filter to ensure the instrument drying without second
contamination.
Specifications
The washing disinfector has standard mode and customized modes:
♦ The standard mode can be used for normal medical equipment. The
standard mode includes seven steps: spraying, pre-washing, washing,
rinsing, disinfecting, lubricating, drying.
♦ Customized mode: customer can select some steps or cycle and
reset the parameters according to requirements of different
equipment.
During washing, water can be injected and drained automatically.
Enzyme and lubricating oil can be added automatically.
Middle layers of washing rack is removable for big instruments.
More efficient washing efficacy with less time to ensure a shorter
instrument turnaround cycle.
Unique injection-flow and ultrasonic cleaning function.
Completely wash and disinfect, ultrasonic washing effectively
remove dirt on equipment.
