4. This series single wall wire conduit pipe extrusion line can be

corrosion and abrasion, high intensity, good flexibility, etc.
Description:
1. Special single screw extruder for the use of polyolefine
material, high speed extrusion and effectiveplasticization.
2. The special distributor type mixing screw and sprial type die
head realize a reasonable flow channel and a smooth inner wall of
the pipes.
3.Unique sizing and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe scope
Ø50-Ø200mm, production speed is up to 0.6-1.5m/min.
4.Machinery is in sole possession of the special design to sizing
cooling way to make the speed for leading position of the same
line.
5. Excellent design of the low temperature meting makes a small
internal stress and smooth surface of the pipes.
