Rice Grading Sieve Model MJ-36

General Description:

This machine is specially manufactured for rice grading. Utilizing the difference between broken rice and whole rice, it lets all rice repeat overturning in the shaking sieve, then push each other and automatically graded by friction. Equipped with suitable sieves of different grades of sieve holes, the whole rice and broken rice will be separated after several times of sieving. It has the advantages of compact structure, steady movement, excellent technique and easy operation and maintenance. It also can be used to grade the similar grainy raw materials. This machine is mainly used as accessory for rice milling.

Working Process:

This milled rice comes into the grader, with the action of the gauche wheel and a spring, the sieve of the grader make a whirl movement and vibration which can separate the milled rice. The whole rice flows out through the first layer of the sieve, and the big broken rice flows out through the second layer, and the little broken rice flows out through the third layer.
