General Description:

This model of machine has a beautiful look, reasonable and compact structure, safe and simple operation. It is mostly used to clean out the small gravel and sundries from raw materials of rice and wheat. It covers little space, has a low consumption of power and high efficiency. It is indeed the ideal equipment for small-sized rice milling machines or sets.

Working Process:

The raw grain is elevated by hoist to the upper inlet, the dust is automatically sucked out and the paper scrap, plastic rope, straw and other sundries are be prevented in the sieve. As the sieve vibrating, they will be drained out of the machine from the pipe. The grain and similar-sized stone, which flow into the sieve, will start separating. With the vibrating of sieve, the stone of higher specific gravity is automatically graded to the lower, while the lighter coarse grain is going to the upper. The similar-sized stones stay close to the surface of louver sieve and run down to up. Lastly they are drained out from the outflow mouth.
