This FDB0216 box can do two colors: White or Black, photo like

The box ports can do two types: uncut ports and cable gland as
below.

The splitter box can accommodate max. 16pcs SC simplex adapters.
The adapter plate can be flipped-up like following pictures, one
side is for adapter installation, the other side is for splicing
fibers.
