1, Description:

Hydraulic Static Pile Drivers are featured with no noise, no vibration, no pollution and no rubbish left in construction site.It can work with H-piles, precast concrete and steel piles with different shapes,like round,square and tapered shape. There are series models range from 60T to 1200T.

It is adopted the hydraulic system design of large power and high flow,the precast pile entirely depends on the hydraulic static pressure so that the pile can be pressed into the ground steadily and quietly.

• 1. No limitation on pile length. Suitable for construction in clay soil, soft soil and sand bed foundation, or in the Karst areas with low earth covering, or by riversides, or in coastal areas with deep bearing stratum.
• 2. No noise, No pollution during construction, especially suitable for operations in areas with noise control such as schools, social communities, and urban areas.
• 3. No vibrations. Suitable for vibration-control areas such as subways, overpass, dangerous buildings, precision instrument buildings and those nearby banks.

This mini pile driver can drive the precast concrete pile from 150mm to 300mm for square pile, 200mm to 300mm for round pile. It also can push the tube, triangle pile, H-pile, etc by changing its jaws inside of the clamping box.
The working size can be 6.5meters X 3.8meter, with attachable side piling machenism which is a special design for narrow project or inside of the workshop. Also nice for private house pile foundation.
