Product technical features
1. The Pulverized Coal Fired Boilercompletely realizes the purpose of low-temperature combustion, and
adopts the medium-temperature separation technology to make the
flue gas temperature of the whole circulating flow field of the
boiler lower than the ash melting point temperature of the biomass
fuel.
2. A good material circulation loop is established inside the
boiler, the fuel is fully mixed, the furnace temperature is
uniform, the fuel combustion efficiency is high, the fly ash has a
very low carbon content, and the air pollution is small.
3. Pulverized Coal Fired Boiler steam pressure automatic adjustment system
The boiler steam pressure automatic regulation system control
system enters the working state, and the system works normally when
the combustion conditions are met. Once the steam pressure in the
boiler is above the set upper pressure limit, the control system
outputs a stop signal until the steam pressure returns to normal.
4. Water supply automatic control system
The water pump is started and the water supply system works
normally. The water level difference sensor detects the water level
signal and keeps the water level of the drum stable, thus
maintaining normal steam generation. At the same time, the water
level adjustment meter can clearly display the boiler water level.
5. Avoid tube plate cracks: The flue of the boiler is designed on
both sides of the main body, which not only allows the flue gas to
smoothly enter the front smoke box, but also effectively reduces
the temperature of the pipe and minimizes the crack of the boiler
due to temperature stress.
6. The water circulation is simple, the structure of the
pressure-bearing parts is reasonable, and it can be safely operated
under the condition of ensuring water quality. At the same time,
high-standard, high-quality auxiliary machines, accessories and
automatic control equipment are used to ensure safe and stable
operation of the boiler.
7. High degree of automation: digital integrated controller, can
set the automatic controller combustion condition according to the
user, easy to operate, automatic ignition, automatic feeding,
automatic cleaning, gas boiler operation is equally convenient.
Explanation-----The equipment to be debugged before the boiler
starts
1. The equipment, pipes, valves, etc. in the following systems are
installed and the insulation is completed.
Boiler body pipe, steam system, drainage water, steam release
system, dosing system, auxiliary steam system, sewage system.
2. The following equipment is qualified for commissioning
1). The blower and the induced draft fan are commissioned and meet
the requirements.
2). The commissioning of thermal measurement, control and
protection systems has met the ignition requirements.
Boiler safety systems must meet safe ignition and operating
conditions, and all safety systems on the bypass must be noted. If
the safety system does not meet normal operating conditions, the
boiler control system can automatically stop the boiler.
