Description

This roll forming machine is available for producing closed type or dovetail profile floor decking plates with 65mm height, 225mm pitch distance and 675mm cover width. Main material can be roll formed are 0.8mm to 1.2mm thick galvanized steel with the feeding width of 1219mm.

Main components of whole steel decking rollforming line are decoiler, steel deck rollformer, hydraulically powered cutting device, hydraulic station, electric control system and run out table, etc. Controlled by PLC, it is easy to operate and maintain by workers.
