Brief Description

This roll forming machine is used to produce 2" and 3" garage door guide rails base on clients' profiles and punching details. Material can be roll formed are galvanized steel coils with 1.5mm to 2.5mm thickness and 90mm to 150mm width.

• Machine structure: H beam steel welded machine base and 2.0mm thick steel plate welded roller stands
• Post punching and cutting: punching holes and cutting to length after roll forming
• Control system: PLC automatic control system
• Drive: electrically driven via 2.0" chain and sprocket
• Punching and cutting: hydraulically powered punching and cutting
• Shafts and rollers: go under vaccum heat treatment for great strength
