• With PLC automatic control system for whole door frame production line
• Electrically driven via 2" chain and sprocket
• H beam steel welded machine base with steel plate welded on base to form main machine structure
• Hydraulically powered pre-punching device for punching holes and lock position
• Post saw cutting device cut the formed door frame into desired length
• GCr15 roller with CNC machining and go under heat treatment and chromed
• Shafts are solid and go under heat treatment for high strength
