Ultrasonic transducers are devices that convert electrical energy
into mechanical energy ultrasonic waves. The most mature and
reliable device that converts electrical energy and acoustic energy
by piezoelectric effect is called piezoelectric transducer.
It consists of a central piezoceramic component, a front and rear
metal cover, a pre-stressed screw, an electrode pad and an
insulating tube. The sandwich transducer bolt-on transducer
produces stable ultrasonic waves when the load changes, and is the
most basic and most important method for obtaining a power
ultrasonic drive source. According to different designs, the
ultrasonic transducers are mainly in the form of the same shape of
the front and rear metal cover plates. The diameter of the inverted
horn type front cover plate is excessively reduced by the arc type,
the cylindrical steel back cover, and the column type has a section
in the middle.

The reasons why the transducer is often bad are:
1. The power loss of the transducer itself is large, and the
transducer needs to consume a certain amount of power when
vibrating. This loss power directly reflects the quality and
process of the transducer, and the power consumed by the transducer
itself is as small as possible. The greater the loss power, the
greater the damage. In severe cases, the piezoelectric ceramic is
directly broken. The amount of power loss directly reflects the
process and quality of the transducer.
2. The aluminum alloy horn of the transducer is fatigue fracture
(affected by the material life), and the amplitude is large.
3. The piezoelectric ceramic piece of the transducer is broken (by
