vulcanization characteristics by rotorless vulcanization
instrument", ISO6502 requirements and T10, T30, T50, T60, T90 data
required by Italian standards. This machine is used to determine

Product standard function introduction
A. Test standardization: in accordance with GB/T16584 "Rubber -
Determination of characteristic vulcanization with a rotorless
vulcanizer", ISO6502: 1991 and ASTM D5289-95.
B. Sample data: set the rubber number name, such as "tire 5",
"RBS6" and so on. If you need to add a title name to explain the
printed drawings, you can set any description of the title text.
C. Special description of high-quality function: The excellent
function of humanized design is that the measurement time can be
modified during the test. The compound is estimated to be
vulcanized in 20 minutes, and the measurement time is 20 minutes.
When it is 11 minutes, 9 points are found, and 10 minutes are
found. After the vulcanization is completed, it is no longer
necessary to proceed down. Just divide the 20 points under the
“Modification Measurement Time” into 9 or 10 points. Press “Send”
and the experiment will stop at 9 or 10 points immediately. Draw
the complete picture. The vulcanization curve calculates all the
data. If the experiment is 18 points, the vulcanization curve is
still rising at the end of 19 minutes, the vulcanization is not
completed, and the experiment must be done again, otherwise the
data obtained is wrong. At this time, the measurement time can be
modified to 25 minutes or more, and the experiment can be continued
until the vulcanization is completed. This function is undoubtedly
greatly convenient for the user, saving valuable time and rubber.
D. Auto Scale, after the measurement is completed, the software
will automatically adjust the Y scale according to the measured
value, 0-5 Mv 0-10Mv 0-20Mv, so that the curve is more beautiful,

E. Database: The software pre-sets a database of 100 numbers. Each
library can store unlimited sets of measurement data. Faced with
