1.Main Features for Universal joint single facer

1.)Corrugated roller with diameter of 320mm is made from alloy steel 48CrMo and ground accurately with heat treatment technology. It is plated with hard chrome on the surface with surface hardness up to HRC 55-60.

2) Independent pneumatic sizing mechanism

3.)Lubricated with high temperature grease

4) All paper lead shafts, preheating cylinders and forcing shafts are ground and plated with hard chrome on the working surface.

5) The size roller is finely curved reticulate pattern with 24 wires/inch and plated with hard chrome, allowing less amount and more eveness of sizing.

6) The driving part uses independent enclosed oil immersed gear case in the manner of shaft drive.

7) Digital display of glue spread and electric adjustment thereof

9)Provided with electric size separation

11)The outer facing preheating cylinder has a diameter of 415mm, and pressure roller has a diameter of 320mm

13) All rollers use straight-way stainless steel drainage device in their drain system, providing independent draining, centralized retting and removed bypass design, which can be free of maintenance for the whole service life, saving stop valve and check valve, simplified installation and maintenance of the return circuit.

14) Steam pressure of 1.1-1.2Mpa, and water is discharged through a siphon

2. Machine working procedure for corrugated paperboard making

This line including paper roll holder and single facer machine and rotary sheet cutter(Rewinder for optional)

Step one : Put craft paper on mill roll stand

Step two : Heat the corrugated layer by heating shaft (Electric/steam/oil/gas heating)

Step three :Make the flat paperboard to corrugated board by corrugated shaft (different diamteters)

Step Four : Gluing top wave by glue shaft and make this two pieces paper to monolayer corrugated board

Step Five : Cross cutting the corrguated paper to the size you want (Horizontal cutting and vertical cutting )

Optional Function : Rewinder the finished corrugated paper to paper roll again (sell corrugated paper roll directly )

Single Facer is the main machine for producing the corrugated paperboard. make single face corrugated board from flat craft paper Vacuum suction model single facer has very good production precision. The choose of the machine is directly effecting the quality of the corrugated paperboard.
