3.Q: Could you provide free sample of filter bag/cloth?
A: Yes, we could provide free sample if the value not big, but the
courier charge will be on your side. And we'll send back the
courier charge if you place an order to a certain amount.
4.Q: What’s your payment terms ?
A: Mainly accept Paypal, West Union and T/T, L/C is also available
if order amount big. For Samples: 100% in advance via Paypal,West
Union or T/T. Formal order: 50%T/T in advance and balance against
the Copy of B/L. Other payment terms can be further discussed.
5.Q: Can I get your products with our logo and design ?
A: Most of products are OEM or ODM with your logo and customized
products will be extra costed.
6.Q: What is your delivery time ?
A:In normal condition, the delivery time is 7-15days for regular
products if we have enough raw material. For big order quantity,
we'll firstly try our best to meet your demand offer you the
shortest delivery time
