Twin Screw Gearbox Introduction

The TDSN twin-screw gearbox is meticulously engineered in accordance with the latest ISO 1328 standard for cylindrical gears with spherical involute profiles. Integrating our extensive experience in twin-screw extruder technology, the gearbox features a world-class co-rotating design and is developed with fully independent intellectual property rights.

The gears are manufactured from high-quality, high-strength alloy carburizing steel. Through advanced carburizing and quenching processes, followed by precision grinding using imported gear grinding machines, the gear teeth achieve superior performance. Gear parameters are specifically optimized to meet the demands of twin-screw extruders—minimizing root stress and enhancing surface integrity.

We have significantly enhanced the gears' resistance to flexural fatigue and overall fatigue strength, while optimizing the width-to-diameter ratio for improved load distribution. In addition, state-of-the-art heat treatment techniques are applied to ensure consistency in both dimensional precision and structural strength.

	NO.3 Finish Machining Many sets of finishing equipment,such as CNC Grinding Machine,NC Boring Machine,etc.Further processing of each working procedure,the accuracy is higher,only you.
NO.4 Gearbox Inspection High-end testing equipment and instruments,processional inspection team,the gearbox shape,center distance,inner hole and into the next procedure,after inspection and correct.
	NO.5 Assemble Strong assembly and R&D team,the parts will be assembled according to the drawing,step by step audit,by running test after product finished.
NO.6 Delivery Export standard packing,packaging,use at the bottom of the fixed plate,ensure that the peoduct does not shift in transit.
