E. After agreement are made for the shipping, for any damage, Buyer should inform Seller in letter form to repair in seven days, If beyond the dare, Seller shall take no responsibility.

F. For any other failures due to acts of God (such as lightning, typhoon, earthquake, riots, war, fire or flood) and other factors that will cause damage, Seller shall take no responsibility.

G. Seller guarantee provide long term support regarding the parts and teach. After warranty, will charge accordingly.

V. Preparation

(1) Check if the oil is correct, if the oil inside the oil drum accord request, if each part of the machine is clean, pay special attention to the place around the switch, make sure no oil or dirt.

(2) Confirm the three phase power supply, voltage 380V, 50HZ.

(3) If the power cable has cut.

(4) if the ground wire is connected correctly

(5) If the oil type for wire drawing is correct, any change of the oil character, any dirt in the oil.

(6) If the wire size in the range, if the material is the correct model.

(7) Check the correct specification of the iron shaft, no sharp end, pay special attention to see any damage on the contact surface between inner hole of the iron shaft and the lock blot, balance correction should less than G6.3.

(8) If the bobbin is tightened by wrench.

(9) If the trolley is kept away from the bobbin.

(10) If the copper wire feeding device is working smoothly.

(11) If the machine surrounding area is clean

(13) Check if the dies arrangement and distribute correct, and if the dies direction is correct. (calculate with section reduce rate)
