IV. Maintenance and precaution of machine

1.keep the capstans and machine clean, sweep off any accumulated copper chip and waste.

2. Keep inside of the take-up box dry and clean

3. Replace any aging or damage straps in time.

4. Lock up the electric control box (Operators are not allowed to do any repair, testing or change any parameter)

5. Any maintenance work on electric parts can be carried out only by qualified electrical technician.

6. Strictly forbid any change or modification of the inverter parameter.

7.Pls replace the lubrication oil when the machine runned one year.

V. Installation, Commissioning and Training

Before we delivery the machine,we will make trial run to confirm the machine run well in our plant.If you need our technician to install and commissioning at your plant.If the Buyer needs, Seller should send Two Engineers and One Translator to buyer`s factory for installation and commissioning the machines, training workers. The Buyer shall pay a daily allowance of USD60 per Man per Day by Cash, bear all fees for round trip air tickets, arrange accommodations and other transportation fees abroad.

VI. Structure features

A. Power control: The speed of main motor is controlled by inverter ,adjusted range from 0-2500MPM ,the line speed is shown on the monitor. Spooler motor has it's own transducer in order to control the stabilization of the tension and keep the same size of the wire.

B. Wire drawing :Horizontal and continuous drawing.

C. Transmit:All by flat straps

D. Automatic stop: wire broken off to protect brake.

E. All accessories are used high quality and special materials. E.g,capstan are ceramic plasma ,the bearing is NSK made is Japan,all straps are imported, anti-static ,long life design.Electric motor is Wannan Motor, made in China, domestic famous brand. Inverter is Innvoce brand,made in Shenzhen City,China.
