Tube end forming machine is widely used in pipe fittings,
automotive oil pipe, air pipe, water pipe, air conditioning pipe
and other parts of the processing molding, is an ideal pipe end
molding processing equipment. It can process shapes include:
convex, concave section, long flat, square , extension oblique,
V-shaped, open elbow, flat mouth elbow, etc. according to product
manufacturing.
One of the machine functions, tube necking is a molding process
that reduces the diameter of the tube end. The tube blank acts as
an axial force into the deformation zone, produces a tangentially
shrinking plastic deformation in the deformation zone, then enters
the stable zone, and finally forms a reduced end diameter. And the
flaring of the pipe is another forming process that enlarges the
diameter of the end of the pipe blank. It is suitable for the
processing of the complicated shape of the tube end. With one, two
or three station(s), it can automatically change the mold to ensure
the processing accuracy.
