1 Product overview
1.1 Overview
This training equipment includes a variety of types of induction
motor and industrial control components, through the relevant
experiment, can be familiar with the operation characteristics of
ac motor, DC motor and transformer, to master its control principle
and control mode, the corresponding knowledge and technical skills
are suits for higher vocational colleges, secondary vocational
schools and vocational school related professional teaching and
skills training examination.
1.2 Features
(1) The actual training workbench adopts the frame structure of
aluminum profile, the whole is simple and generous, the bottom of
the base can be adjusted, and the height can be adjusted according
to the ground conditions. The measuring instrument and the actual
training power supply are installed with built-in integrated
mounting, easy to use and not easy to damage.

3 Product composition
3.1 Training workbench
The actual training table is supported by the aluminum profile
column, and the bottom of the base can be adjusted with adjustable
base, which can be adjusted according to the ground conditions.
The tabletop uses the 25mm thick high density base plate, the
surface high temperature and high pressure fire prevention board
veneer treatment, the structure is firm, beautiful and generous.
3.2 Supporting module
(1) Transformer module
The actual training device has two sets of transformer modules:
single-phase transformer module and three - phase transformer
module. In this case, the single-phase transformer input can be AC
220V or AC 380V, and the output is AC 110V, AC 36V, AC 24V and AC
6.3 V; The three-phase transformer input is three-phase AC 380V,
and the output is shown in the figure below.
(2) Torque converter, magnetic powder brake module
The educational training workbench is equipped with torque speed
transmitter and magnetic powder brake. Use the brake controller
(module - 21) to adjust the magnetic powder brake torque, connect
to smart two-channel digital display control instrument (module -
23), can real-time display speed, torque, power in intelligent dual
channel digital meter; Connect data acquisition module (module -
22), can display speed, torque and power in real time on computer
software. Torque speed transmitter, magnetic powder brake module
are as shown in below.
(3) three-phase auto-voltage regulator module
Since training workbench is equipped with a three-phase coupling
voltage regulator module, the power input and output power all
connect through 4mm safety socket, the three-phase coupling voltage
regulator module is as shown in the figure below, among them, the
power input are A, B, C, the power output are a, b, c.
(4) Hanging box module
The training device is equipped with 30 piece of A4 hanging box
modules, as shown in the following figure, which can be connected
with 4mm safety connecting cable.

There are 8 kinds of motors fixed on the experimental substrate
respectively.
Among them, the motor can be combined with any combination, through
the coupling of the coupling, to complete the related experiments.
When the motor is connected, loosen the fixed bolt of the motor
base, and the motor can connect with the neighboring motor.
