1 Product overview
1.1 Overview
This equipment has open type structure, car platform sill is double
door structure, transparent design, you can clearly observe the
internal structure of elevator, and it can carry out actual
hands-on activities, make the student visual and thorough
understand and master the basic structure and its movement
principle of elevator, work out the single theory teaching in the
pasting teaching of elevator, and the insecurity when visit
original elevator, and student can’t comprehensive understand the
internal structure and operational process, and other actual
problems.
The design of this training equipment is reasonable, international
dimensions, it can be used to training student carry out electric
skill, installation technology, fault analysis, and it also can
carry out skills operation training and projects design of subject
experiment, basic skill, professional skill and integrated skill of
electric and other relevant major.
Feature: The slot is metal structure, the same as real elevator
structure, students can not only do electrical training, but also
observe mechanical structure for the real elevator slot.
1.2 Characteristic
1. Adapt the Industrial aluminum framework ,transparent structure
design, open type interface, consist of original elevator
component. In order to move conveniently, at the button of
equipment is equipped with heavy universal wheel with brake.
2. The mechanical structure and system form are similar with the
elevator, it can carry out the simulation experiment that same as
the actual elevator action. Student can has the real feel of actual
operation.
3. The switch of auto-door adapt the geared motor, student can
master the function characteristic of each component, it can
contribute to systematic understand each component.
4. It can provide detection signal, control actuator and display
device of realize modernization elevator control various kinds
function, detection signal can be divided into outbound signal,
internal select signal, flat bed signal, location detection signal,
car platform sill door open and close location signal, car platform
sill anti-pinch protection signal, up/down limit protection signal,
etc. elevator car platform sill can up and down operation, car
platform sill door has the protection function of switch and limit,
and other function. Display the floor display, moving direction and
the respond of outbound/internal select signal of car platform sill
location in each floor.
5. Electrical control consist of Siemens S7-200PLC, Siemens
transducer, constant magnetism low-speed synchronous motor, decoder
and other related component.

3 Product content
This elevator adapt the transparent open type structure, including
machine room portion, shaftway portion, hallway portion and car
platform sill portion, landing door portion and frame portion.
1．Machine room portion
Including traction motor, limit switch, control signal terminal,
and power supply terminals,etc.
2．Shaftway portion
Including guide rail, counterweight device, limit switch, bumper,
synchronous belt suspension and tensioning device, traveling cable,
etc.
3．Hallway portion
Hallway external call button, the display block of floor display
elevator operation direction
4．Car platform sill portion
Including car platform sill, landing door mechanism, guiding
orientation mechanism, internal select button, the display block of
floor and direction, car platform sill illumination and ventilation
device, etc.
5．Landing door portion
Each floor are equipped with double landing door, it is equipped
with link gear between car platform sill door and landing door,
adapt one driving mechanism.
6．Frame portion
It take the aluminum profile as frame, left and right are
transparency organic glass, it has two fixed form of idler wheel
and foot margin.
