1 Product Overview
1.1 Overview
This equipment’s frame is made of industrial aluminum, it is
equipped with stainless steel heating water tank, and it is
equipped with various temperature probes and controlling
instruments, so it is suitable for temperature measurement and
control training.
1.2 Features
(1) This equipment’s frame is made of aluminum and it is equipped
with power box and storage cabinet.
(2) The stainless steel water tank has function of heat
preservation and agitation, and there are various temperature
probes for selection.
2. Training project introduction
Training project: the recognition of process control and detection
device of hardware structure, the composition of control scheme,
and the experiment of connection.
The experiment consists of four parts: Power box, controlled
object, control instrument and hanging box module
Power box provide all kinds of power supply for the system, and
provide 0-10V and 4-20mA signal;
controlled Object are mainly composed of DC diaphragm pumps, DC
heating tube, mixing machine, etc;
control instruments are composed of some sensor: Temperature sensor
, pressure sensor, flow rate sensor: Hanging box module are
composed of certain units of Drive circuit unit, PLC and I/O module
unit, the button lamp units, etc
System power branch divided into two road: one road consists of
certain parts: 24 v DC drive pump, electric regulator, DC
electromagnetic valve, flow meter and manual control valve; the
other road consists of certain parts of DC motor not go by the
regulator, but directly go by manual valve to the tank. System
circuit diagram is shown in figure
