every 3 years.
The carbon fiber cylinder is conform to the EN 12245.

2. Instructions:
2.1 The filling, transportation, storage, using of the carbon fiber
fully wrapped aluminum liner gas cylinder must meet the gas
cylinder safety supervision regulation.
2.2 The cylinder with life of 15 years should be re-inspected once
every 5 years. Re-inspection should be carried out by agency which
is authorized and approved by qualified inspection administration.
Only the qualified cylinder can be used.
2.3 If the cylinder is found leaking or fiber breakage, damage,
scratches, etc, the cylinder can not be used.
2.4 Cyinders should be used within the temperature -40 ℃~ 60 ℃.
2.5 The gas in the cylinder can not be used up. The residual
pressure should be retained not less than 0.05Mpa
2.6 The cylinder should be gently used, and prevented from impact,
scratch and corrosion.
2.7 The cylinder at working pressure should be prevented from the
exposure, heat , and fire. Make sure that the cylinder is dry.
2.8 The content in the cylinder must be in accordance with the
label . The cylinders should be used within the nominal operating
pressure, prohibit excess.
2.9 Removing or changing the label is forbidden
2.10 If the cylinder need be installed valve or replaced valve,
they should comply with EN 12245:2009 cylinder leakage test method
