Long Tube Wheel Movable Air Breathing Apparatus 300Bar With 2 / 4 Composite Cylinder

The CGKH series movable long-tube breathing apparatus provides who work for a long time in an area full of dangerous gas or for people who are providing disater relief in an envirnment lack of oxygen air supply device and the breathing device .It is equipped with two pairs of breathing mask so that it can serve two people at the same time .Its operation region can be extended to 50m to be the longest.

Operation procedures

1. CGKH series movable air supply is provided with two separated air bottle groups which is combined by four or two air bottles, air bottles and redactor are connected and controlled by a one-way valve, which is used to prevent the high pressure air to downdraught between the air bottles. The air bottle can be used one by one, or group by group, also can be started and operated at the same time, due to the actual requirements. Each air group has a pressure release valve which is used to release the air in the high pressure tube, in order to replace the air bottles, but should not release the low pressure air inner reductor and the air of another air bottles group.
2. The movable air supply is equipped with 1pcs of 30m air supply pipe and 2pcs of 10m air supply pipe, its operation region can be extended to 50m to the longest, which can serve two people at the same time.

Main performance guideline

1. examination of leak tightness

open the air bottles completely in turn and close the air bottles after 10min in turn, then observe the value of high pressure meter should not drop more than 4MPa within 5min, it prove that the leak tightness of long-tube breathing apparatus is qualified.

1. Take care of the long tube on air supply, avoid to contact with sharpener, sharp angle and corrosion medium or rub with rough thing as dragging, in order to prevent to tear, lacerates, and scuff the air supply pipe. If contact with corrosion medium in accident, we should cleanout with clear water and then wipe up, the long tube should be replaced immediately if there is any damage on it.
2. If the air supply car can not be followed with operator, you should arrange the inspector to inspect and examine air supply, and inform the operator as air supply is exhausted and alarm.
