GPM series PVC double cavity Pipe extrusion Line is mainly used in
the production of agricultural drainage, water supply and drainage,
and cable laying,etc. purposes. The unit consists of conical
double/ parallel double extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank,
multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary(chipless) cutting machine,
stacker and so on. And the line can be equipped with Comptroller
thickening instrument or computer inkjet printer, etc. to achieve
the production and manufacture of high-grade tubing
Description:
1. PVC Double Pipe Extrusion Line is developed with the 1990s
advanced technology of West Europe by our company. The main machine
is SJSZ 51/105 or SJSZ 65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, is
equiped with double tube single-control stainless steel spraying
shaper to form a production line. It avoids a waste condition when
one tubes is adjusts and the other one is effected. The auto
single-control souble haul offs and cutting are combined with the
front shaping technology to make operation more flexible.
2. Main Features of double cavity pvc pipe extrusion line:
1. Excellent in chemical corrosion, no rust;
2. With self extinguishing and flame retardant;
3. Excellent in anti aging, can be used 20years to 50 years between
the temperature from subzero 15 to 60 degrees Celsius;
4. Wall is smooth, inner wall surface tension, it is difficult to
form scale, the fluid transport capacity of 43.7% higher than the
cast iron pipe;
5. The weight is light, easy to flaring, bonding, bending, welding,
pipe installation workload is only 1 / 2 to the steel pipes, low
labor intensity, short duration;
6. Good electrical properties of resistance, volume resistance of 1
to 3 x 105Ω.cm, breakdown voltage 23 to 2kv/mm;
7. The toughness of PVC pipe is low, linear expansion coefficient
is high, operating temperature range is narrow.
