GH2132 Incoloy A-286 /S66286 Round Bar
GH2132 Alloy is Fe - ni - cr 15 25 based high temperature alloy,
molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace boron composite
reinforcement. Under 650 has high yield strength and lasting and
creep strength, and has good processing plastic and satisfactory
welding performance. Suitable for manufacturing in the long-term
work of aircraft engine under 650 high temperature bearing parts,
such as turbine disc, disc, rotor blades and fasteners, etc. The
alloy can produce all kinds of shape deformation products such as:
plate, forgings, plate, bar, wire and circular pieces, etc.

Note: when using arc furnace smelting omega (Al + Ti) is not
greater than 1.55%, using arc furnace + electroslag smelting omega
(Al + Ti) is not greater than 1.75%.
GH2132 applications:
GH2132 has been used in the manufacture of a variety of aircraft
engine combustor flame tube, strength diffuser, rectifying plate,
stabilizer, oil ring, torque adjustable nozzle shell, pipe joint,
bushing, and airplane tail cover parts such as skin, put into batch
production. In 550 ~ 800 temperature range after long-term use of
hardening phenomenon, slightly decreased plasticity at room
temperature. Above 1000 high temperature oxidation resistance of
the nickel-based alloy slightly worse than similar purposes.
