Ni60Cr15, is a nickel-chromium alloy (NiCr alloy) characterized by
high resistivity, good oxidation resistance ,good form stability
and good ductility and excellent weldability. It is suitable for
use at temperatures up to 1150°C.
Typical applications for Ni60Cr15, are used in metal sheathed
tubular elements,for example,hot plates, grills,toaster ovens and
storage heaters.The alloys is also used for suspended coils in air
heaters in clothes dryers,fan heaters,hand dryers etc.

Packaging & Shipping
Packaging: Products are generally supplied in standard cardboard
boxes, pallets, wooden boxes.
Special packaging requirements can also be accommodated. (also depend on
the customers' requirements) For the Thermal spray wires, we pack
the wires on spools. Then put spools into cartons, Then put the
cartons onto pallet.
Shipping: We cooperation with many logistics company, We can
provide express, sea transportation, air transportation, and rail
way transportation based on customers' requirement.

1. What's the minimum quantity customer can order?
If we have your size in stock, we can provide any quantity you
want.
If we do not have, for spool wire, we can produce 1 spool, about
2-3kg. For coil wire, 25kg.
2. How can you pay for small sample amount?
We have Western union account, wire transfer for sample amount also
ok.
3. Customer do not have express account. How will us arrange the
delivery for sample order?
Just need to provide your address information, we will check the
express cost, you can arrange the express cost together with sample
value.
