Bakelite Phenolic Resin Powder for friction materials are are
produced by reacting formaldehyde with phenol under acid conditions
with low free phenol and narrow MWD(Molecular weight distribution
).It is novolac resin and milled into powder and re-mixed with Hexa
Application
The resin have a good flow and fast curing properties,which will
allows increased filler loading
it is recommended for the production of friction materials(disk
pads,brake linings and clutch facings) required improved stability
at high temperature and low wear,reduced noise and judder.
