Brief introduction:

• Straight seam welding is the first continuous welding procedure after the sheet metal rolling up on rolling machine.
  
• Depends on the working craft, weld edge area should be properly processed before welding.

Working principle:

Feature:

• As column rotatable +/-180 degree, the work station could be one column boom with 2 sets rotator which positioned as 90 degree or 180 degree.
  
• By column with motorized trolley structure, it also could be with 2sets or more sets rotator. Fully using the job preparation on rotator time to highly improve working efficiency.
  
• Manned platform at boom end used to take operator for welding survillance & control.
  
• Camera & video survillance system, welding tracker system are available as per request.
  
• Self aligned rotator could suitable for different diameter job automatically without any adjustment. For different diameter job shift process on the work station, it could save the preparation time to improve work efficiency.
