The special separable type mixing screw and the standard designed
die with spiral structure & reasonable channel are applicable to
produce pipes with smooth inside and outside walls.With high
flexibility, various polyolefin material, multi-layer spiral
strengthening pipe can be co-extruded for various uses, 80% of
recycled material can be used in production.
Description:
1. Features of production line:
1) Extruder: Special single screw extruder, high-speed extrusion,
high speed plasticizing.
2) Sizing cooling: Production range of 50-200 mm, the production
speed is as high as 0.6 to 1.5 m/min.
3) The cooling system.: High efficiency water pump and special
spray head, high efficiency spray cooling.
4) Low melting temperature: small internal stress of tubing, smooth
internal and external surface.
5) High flexibility: Extrusion of all polyolefin materials,
extrusion of spiral reinforced pipes of the two or three layers
with different specifications and usages.
6) Spiral structure: Separated type of mixed screw and the nose,
reasonable runner, smooth inside and outside wall of pipe.
7) Motor: Longitudinal movement adjustment, up,down,left and right
to realize 3 dimensional adjustment.
8)Box: Stainless steel material
2. The PE Spiral Pipe production line is mainly used for producing
PE spiral pipe. This kind of pipe has characteristics of high
strength, high toughness, anti-corrosion, light weight, long
service life and anti-deformation; it is widely used in cable
protection and vented exhaust. It is an ideal alternative of cast
iron pipe, rubber pipe and PVC pipe. Widely used in road light,
high way, bridge construcion for cable/ electrical wire protection.
