Description:

1. PVC pipe making machine /PVC pipe extrusion production line/ is mainly used in the manufacture of the UPVC and PVC pipes with various pipe diameter and wall thickness, such as the agricultural and constructional plumbing, water supply and water drainage, electric conduit pipe etc. Our extrusion line can produce the PVC pipe with diameter from 16mm to 630mm.

2. After mixing raw material with other additives, the mixed powder will be fed into the extruder by spring feeder or vacuum feeder, after extrusion, the soft hot pipes will be produced by mould, then it goes into the vacuum calibration tank.

3. The vacuum calibration tank's function to keep the pipe's shape and cool it, the vacuum calibration tank is mainly imposed of one or several water pump, one or several vacuum pump, and several rows of spraying nozzle. after cooling and forming shape, the pipes will be pulled to next machine--haul off machine, haul off machine's mainly function is to keep the pipes forward,

4. There are two caterpillars, three caterpillars, even to eight caterpillars for different diameter pipes. After haul off machine, the next machine is cutter, its function is to cut the pipes based on required length. there are also several type of cutting way, one is cutter type, another is planetary type cutter, and we also have no-dust type cutter, they are used for different type of pipes.
