Machine Description:

1) Hydraulic uncoiler(Without coil car)

Structure- cantilevered type

2)Guiding system

The guiding device are used to guiding the steel sheets into right position for both sides.

3 )Leveling device

This feeding device is to fix the sheet,ensure the sheet at right place.

4 )Upper and down filming device

Install the filming in the axis,adjust both sections by the defender,The pressing device is combined by rubber roller.By the movement of rotating rubber roller,the sheet can be sticked into the surface of steel sheets when moving forward.

Remark: Taper shape for the filming roller to suit different size as required by client.

5) Hydraulic cutting

Adopt stop-cutting model: decelerating→stop→cutting→start. Inspect the sheet length and send out signal by encoder With the PLC control,the roller system will decelerate in advance,when reach settled length,the roll forming system will stop working, and cut.

6) Slitter

a) There are several pairs of slitters to slitting the sheets into strips.The strips width can be adjusted by the slitter postion.( 2&3 in both left and right.one in the middle ,with lower slitter fixed and the upper slitter movable)

b) The slitter adopt Cr12 die steel with quench treatment.

7)Product supporter

To support the finished sheets from the main machine. Change the height of supporter by the adjusting screw at the foot to suitable for the height of finished sheets..
