Description:
1. Process flow:
Plastic automatic charger→Hopper plastic dryer→Single screw
extruder→Mould and calibrator→ Vacuum forming machine→Haul off
machine→Cutting machine→Discharging rack
2. Peoducing pipe limit 20-160mm , manufacture velocity up to
15m/min. May be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube , ordinary
PP-R, PE, PEX , and PE-RT pipes.
3. Use vacuum loader to put ppr and hdpe guanule into extruder for
processing.
- The vacuum loader is used for transmit both powder and guranule
material.
- Concentrated raw material feeding system which can ensure long
distant materail transmission.
- The vacuum loader is also suitable for feeding material into
mixer unit. with extra chemical materail weight system.
