Working Principle
The electric material handling turntable is designed for cross
rails to turn with 90 degree in warehouse and plants. Its working
principle is that there are also rails installed on the turntable,
when the rail transfer cart runs on the turntable, the turntable
can be rotated automatically or manually until precisely connecting
with the destination rail, then the transfer cart runs on the
vertical rail. The turntable is suitable for many occasions, such
as ring rails, vertical rails, and crossing rails etc. The
turntable system run steadily and has features as high rail
jointing accuracy and can meet full automatic electrical operation.

Cutting the steel plate from the raw material warehouse to the nc
cutting workshop. After cutting, workers will do some simple
processing, such as chip movement and layout.
Preliminary assembly
According to the plan, cut the steel plate together

Welding processing
Test the welding part after welding, polishing and burr. Welding
stress is eliminated after welding
Spray primer
The transport structure is then processed to spray painting
workshop. The main ingredient of primer is zinc rich epoxy

Assemble the structure after the wheel, motor and gear box
The paint coating
Transport group loading to the gallery to check the integrity of

debugging
After the commissioning of the car, after the electric control
system is painted, the trolley will be tested without load. After
the no-load test, the car will be loaded. After the inspection, the
wheelbarrow will be transported to the warehouse.
