This extrusion line has adopted the "accurate control of weak vacuum" and "high pressure volumetric extrusion" technology, which are initiated by our own team. It has reformed
the shortage of traditional technology which cannot balance
extrusion speed and precision control, especially when it is
applied in engineering plastics tubes. It can meet the high
precision extrusion control and achieve ideal production efficiency

Description:
1. We could offer complete set high quality and reliable HDPE pipe
production line from diameter 16 to 1200mm. The complete set
production line includes below machines:
1. Color Mixer ( for raw material preparation)
2. Single Screw Extruder
3. Extrusion Mold
4. Vacuum Tank
5. Cooling Tank
6. Haul Off Machine
7. Cutting Machine
8. Stacker ( for 110mm up to 1200mm)
9. Winding Machine ( for pipe diameter 16-63mm and 75-110mm)
10. Shredder and Crusher ( for waste pipe treatment, the recycled
PE material could produce pipe again.)
2. 1)BM screw ensures high prevision, low energy consumption.
Extruding is stable and capacity is big.
2)Vacuum cooling calibrator with two-grade, high speed and
negative-pressure. Water temperature and
level can be auto-controlled. Spraying system with high intensity
ensures the even cooling of pipes.
3)Caterpillar haul-off unit is linked with extruder and controlled
by PLC. Hauling off speed is stable.
4)Cutter: Planetary cutter ensures low noise and strong scrap
absorbing device ensures a clean working condition.
